QinDing Machinery held an English Corner event with the theme of "Customer Reception"


As QinDing Machinery's tool business continues to expand and overseas cooperation becomes increasingly close, the number of visiting customers has been on the rise. The ability to communicate with foreign clients and receive them properly has become a key factor in improving service quality and deepening cooperation. To further strengthen the foreign communication skills of all employees and optimize the level of customer reception services, the company's general manager, Jason, led the organization of this English Corner event, encouraging all colleagues to learn through practice, exchange ideas with each other, unite the team, and accumulate practical experience in customer reception.

The English Corner event was successfully held on the afternoon of April 24, 2026, with "Customer Reception" as the core theme. Wendy served as the host, and all employees actively participated and interacted enthusiastically, creating a lively and orderly atmosphere.


The event was well-organized and efficient, combining practicality and fun. First, all participants gave brief self-introductions in turn. Wendy, the host, raised three reference questions around the core points of customer reception, guiding everyone to share their insights and experiences based on their own work experience. Each person's speaking time was controlled at 3-5 minutes, fully stimulating the participation enthusiasm of all employees.

Then, the event moved on to the fun role-play simulation. All colleagues were divided into groups of 2-3 people by drawing lots, randomly taking on the roles of "foreign customers" and "company staff", and drawing topics from five real business reception scenarios prepared by the host to conduct all-English simulation dialogues. Each group's simulation lasted 5-8 minutes. During the simulation, everyone was fully engaged and worked in harmony, practicing their oral expression and on-the-spot response skills in the simulated scenarios, effectively converting theoretical knowledge into practical abilities.

At the end of the event, all employees engaged in free communication and shared their experiences and insights, learning from each other and making up for their shortcomings.
